"Friendly staff. A interesting stay in rural Thailand. This is not a five star hotel, but a nice 2 star. Room was ok and clean, little bit old in style, but absolutely ok. Good bed. The bathroom was small but ok. TV has many channels, but now was in english. The breakfast was not very good and small. Served outside the hotel. All this is the real Thailand. Location was not to great, since it was little bit far from the city centre. The good part is that it s close to the busterminal. The bar and nightclub was closed (in the high season!) "A nice hotel but most of the facilities advertised were not open and it is supposed to be high season around xmas/new year, the Karaoke/bar was closed and no singers in the retaurant, only a few tables on the terrace serving breakfast/lunch/dinner, free wi-fi was available but poor signal in the room had to go to the foyer. all in all not bad for Issan and would stay again if passing through. staff very pleasant" | ||

"Stayed in a VIP room, and for the first time in my life I can say the room was too big ! Could have played a game of football in there!Minus points - they now have internet in the lobby (previous reports said no internet), but found it impossible to send eMails although could receive them. 2 good internet cafe s over the road which were also cheaper by the hour - the Expat one also sells coffee.Shower was poor, with only mounting bracket at bath-tub height, so either had to sit in the bath or hold shower nozzle with one hand.Plus points - Clean and tidy, daily room service very good. Staff very friendly and fun, both in reception and the restauarant / bar. Bar staff support Liverpool - always a good sign!!" |
