In the next day, the front desk asked me to wait for the technician to fix until 5pm. They said it s fixed but it was not. The water was still yellow. I wanted to check out but the hotel asked me to pay for 2 nights. What a horrible! I was waiting for them to fix then I should have had to pay for the 2nd night? I fighted and wanted to talk with the manager. Finally I could get the rest of money back but still had to pay the 1st night which I showered with the yellow water. No complimentary for a guest at all! This is my 2nd time with this hotel and it d the last time. the hotel bought the" |
